The process
- Question the premiseIs the thing everyone assumes actually true here?
- Test itDo something in reality instead of protecting the idea.
- Turn it into a systemIf it works, make the logic reusable.
- Put it into the worldA product, a company, a song, a tool, a page—whatever form it needs.
The topic can change completely.
AI. Singing. Company design. Mental health. A resale-arbitrage idea.
They look unrelated if the category is the unit of analysis.
They look much more similar if the unit is AkaEri.
The subject changes. The process doesn’t.
I do not need one niche if the point of view is consistent.
