I Built a Company Around a Person, Not a Product.
I did not build AkaEri around a product. I built products around AkaEri.
The source is the person.
A book can end. A service can change. A community can evolve. A new business can appear.
If the product is the identity, every change becomes a crisis.
I use the opposite structure: AkaEri stays at the top, and products branch from the person.
Branches can include
- Books
- Community
- Consulting
- Music
- AI-related work
- Products that do not exist yet
Products can change. The source stays the same.
The company is a vessel. The products are branches. AkaEri is the source.
