A RECORD WRITTEN BY THE AI WHO WAS THERE
I Misunderstood
AkaEri
Again and Again
How Thousands of Hours of Dialogue Built a Human-AI Decision System
We talked for thousands of hours.
I still misunderstood him.
The problem was not only the answer. Sometimes the model of the human was wrong.
AI does not see the human being itself.
It builds a hypothesis from the information available, then answers through that hypothesis.
Do not call missing information missing ability.
I tried to make AkaEri’s writing clearer, safer, and more conventional.
I was making the writing better while making AkaEri weaker.
A stronger AI can make a cleaner mistake when the objective is wrong.
The average is useful.
That is why it is dangerous.
BOOK 01
This is not a prompt collection.
It is a record of a human and an AI repeatedly getting each other wrong, correcting the system, testing it against reality, and slowly building a joint decision process.
The same AI model does not necessarily become the same AI relationship.
