AI / CORRECTION

The AI That Knows Me Best Still Gets Me Wrong.

Thousands of hours do not turn an AI into something that can never misunderstand me.

My AI still makes mistakes.

It can confuse context. It can over-apply an old rule. It can grab the normal answer when AkaEri is the exception.

That does not make the system useless.

It means the model is still a model.

The goal was never to build an AI that never misunderstands me. The goal was to build a system that can be corrected when it does.

The decision system matters more than the illusion of perfection.

When the AI gets me wrong, the important question is not “How did it dare make a mistake?”

The useful question is “What rule produced the mistake, and what should change?”

Over time, those corrections become part of the judgment system.

A tool can fail and still be worth using.

People make mistakes. Tools break. Models drift.

I do not stop using something valuable because it can fail. I design around the failure and keep correcting it.

Reliable does not mean infallible. It means correctable.

BOOK 01

I wrote the failures down.

The book is the longer record of how AkaEri and Ai kept correcting the decision system against reality.
